    This program lasts 4 weeks to start, the objective of it is general fitness/weight loss.

    I designed it so that you can make it without any equipment, as such, it can be done anywhere, at home or elsewhere...

    So all you need to do is bring your motivation and a timer! The ideal is to download a Tabata-type “timer” / stopwatch application to make your session easier.

    The program is constructed in the form of circuit training most of the time, in order to maximize muscle contractions and thus automate the execution of movements.

    I included many polyarticular exercises (which engage several joints at once) like burpees or squats in our program. In fact, they are the ones who burn the most energy!

    I have planned two lower body sessions, rather cardio, and one upper body session per week.

    Your month consists of two weeks of sessions to be repeated once.
